We are delighted to announce that James (Jim) Munley has joined Warner Power as its Vice President of Engineering.

WARNER, New Hampshire - We are delighted to announce that James (Jim) Munley has joined Warner Power as its Vice President of Engineering.

With strong experience in industrial manufacturing environments, Jim is extremely knowledgeable in leading product design and development teams, managing continuous improvement projects and lean initiatives, assessing process implications for improved design flow, as well as developing the organization for organic and new business growth. Jim's most recent position was General Manager at Danaher Corporation in West Chester, Pennsylvania. He spent 11 years at Danaher in various positions which included Corporate Director of Danaher's Business System Office andDirector of Product Development. Jim was also employed by Westinghouse/Bechtel Corporation and GPU Nuclear Corporation in supervisory and engineering roles.

Jim has both a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineeringfrom Rutgers University.

We look forward to Jim's demonstrated leadership skills taking Warner Power forward in technology, process improvements and the related systems necessary to achieve the efficiencies and accuracies that are demanded in a world class company. Jim will be a member of the executive team reporting to CEO, Ed Randall.
