Utilizing our comprehensive magnetics and electronics capabilities, these custom-designed power systems combine active control with custom transformers and other selected components.

They provide "turn key" solutions to a wide variety of demanding industrial power conversion needs.

  • Output ratings from 5 kVA to 2000 kVA
  • Regulated or Unregulated, AC or DC
  • Output voltage to 20,000 volts, current to 30,000 amps
  • SCR, saturable-core reactor, variable transformer or transistor control
  • Constant voltage, constant current or constant power control
  • Air, water or closed loop liquid cooling
    Local, remote, PLC or computer control

  • Thermal cut-offs and sensors
  • Air-to-air or air-to-liquid heat exchangers
  • Analog or digital meters, alarms and indicators
  • Isolated voltage and current readbacks
  • DC output ripple attenuation to less than 5% rms
  • Power factor correction, line harmonics reductions
  • Internal terminations, water cooled output cable connections or customer specified external bus connections
  • Manual, motorized or automatic electronic tap selection

  • NEMA enclosure types 1, 3R, 4, or 12 IEC enclosures, and CSA Types 2, 3, 4, or 5
